- 160 g salmon
- 180 g cherry tomatoes
- 130 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- pepper
- salt
- oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g parmesan
- 180 g spaghetti
Instructions

Add the salmon, tomatoes, your choice of soft cheese, and oregano into a baking dish. Drizzle over some olive oil and add salt and pepper.

Add a lid and place it in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 °C.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, and save about 150ml of the pasta water before draining it.

Mash the roasted ingredients with a fork until you have a creamy sauce. If it's too thick, add some pasta water to thin it out.

Mix in the cooked pasta and parmesan (or any other cheese you like) and some fresh basil.
