- 300 g salmon
- 10 potatoes
- avocado oil
- 200 ml 12% single cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 g hard cheese
- baby spinach
- garlic granules
- pepper
- sea salt
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook them for 10 minutes.

Skin the salmon and dice it.

V misce smícháme vejce se smetanou, sušeným česnekem, solí a pepřem.

Prepare the baking dish and spray it with some avocado oil in spray.

Place the cooked potatoes in the baking dish, top them with 2 handfuls of spinach and pieces of salmon. Season the salmon with some salt.

Pour over the egg and cream mixture.

Top it with some grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 30 minutes.
