Per 4 portions
- 300 g bread flour
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 ml milk
- 250 g bryndza
- 40 g bacon
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the flour, egg and salt. Add the grated zucchini and gradually add the milk until you get a thick batter.

In a pot, bring enough salted water to a boil. Using a special gnocchi grater or a small perforated ladle, form small pieces of dough and place them in the boiling water. Cook for 3‑5 minutes until the gnocchi float to the surface.

Add the strained gnocchi to the bowl with the bryndza and stir to coat well. Add a little fried bacon and serve.
