We just love carbonara and this time we won it.
For our recipe we used tagliatelle - flat spaghetti that is perfectly coated in a mixture of eggs, parmesan cheese and ham and the experience of the combination of flavours is intensified. Our version is again a little healthier. Instead of bacon, we've used high percentage ham and to avoid wasting egg whites while adding even more protein to the dish, we've kept the whole eggs. 💪🏻
This extremely simple dish that anyone can do, you just have to try it, and we'll show you how. 👌🏻
