No‑bake, refreshing and full of protein! If you have no time to bake but you need a healthy sweet snack on hand, you will absolutely love these bars. Simply mix the strawberry base ingredients, press them into a tray,  pour over the mixed yoghurt cream and leave it to sit. No rocket science, just pure food joy. They'll keep nicely in the fridge, or you can store them in the freezer as a protein ice cream snack.
