Crumble cookies are a hit on social media. Yeah, they look great, but if you dig into their ingredients, you'll find that they may also contain various additives and artificial flavours that aren't the best for your body. ❌

It's much better to bake them at home with quality ingredients and much less sugar. When you add a homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte, you won't go wrong this fall!

  • 42 g carbohydrates
  • 15 g fats
  • 5 g protein

Dough:
  • 110 g butter
  • 100 g semolina sugar
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • 60 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Start by taking the butter out of the fridge well in advance so that it is at room temperature when you make the dough.

  2. Then just mix all the ingredients for the dough, form 8 balls, press them lightly on the baking paper and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

  3. Let cool, garnish with cream cheese, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and prebiotic topping and flavour drops to taste. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!Homemade Pumpkin Crumble Cookies
