Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix a mashed banana, melted ghee butter and prebiotic topping with maple syrup flavour (or another favourite sweetener).

  2. Add oats, oat flour, chopped nuts, cranberries, chopped dates, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of salt to the wet ingredients. Add the almond butter too.

  3. Work the mixture into a thick dough.

  4. Form the cookies (we made 12) and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

  5. Bake at  180 °C for 20 minutes.

  6. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Dip the baked and cooled cookies into the chocolate mixture and then sprinkle with a couple of sea flakes for a more intense flavour.

  7. And that's it! Enjoy!
