They combine the best elements of homemade granola: oats, dried fruit, nuts, and seeds, which will fill your kitchen with an amazing smell as they bake. Per 12 portions
- 1 banana
- 60 g of grass-fed ghee
- 50 g prebiotic toppingu - javorový sirup
- 130 g oats
- 70 g oat flour
- 30 g cranberries
- 50 g pitted dates
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 170 g of nut mix
- 30 g almond butter
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix a mashed banana, melted ghee butter and prebiotic topping with maple syrup flavour (or another favourite sweetener).

Add oats, oat flour, chopped nuts, cranberries, chopped dates, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of salt to the wet ingredients. Add the almond butter too.

Work the mixture into a thick dough.

Form the cookies (we made 12) and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Dip the baked and cooled cookies into the chocolate mixture and then sprinkle with a couple of sea flakes for a more intense flavour.
