Per 2 portions
- 350 g beef steak
- salt flakes
- whole pepper
- rosemary
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp herbal olive oil spray
- 25 g sušených hub
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml 12% single cream
- 1 tsp worcester sauce
- 1 tsp umami mushroom seasoning
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Take the steak out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Drizzle with some olive oil on both sides and rub it into the meat. Season with salt and pepper, and cook in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side, then 4 more minutes on each side.

Melt some ghee over the steak, add a clove of garlic and rosemary (fresh or dried). Baste the steak with the juice repeatedly.

Place the steak in foil and let it rest.

Slice the garlic clove and return it to the pan.

If using dried mushrooms, soak them in hot water for at least 15 minutes. Rinse them and add them to the garlic and meat juice in the pan. Fry. Pour in the stock and cream, and add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Slice the steak and serve with the mushroom sauce and your favourite side dish.
