For 4 servings
- 500 g fusilli pasta
- 150 g bacon
- 250 g champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g parmesan
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 250 ml 12% cooking cream
- lemon juice
- pinch pepper
- salt
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- parsley leaves
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. -
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a pan. You can add a little olive oil. Once the bacon is browned on all sides, remove it from the pan and set it aside.

Place the finely chopped onion in the pan and sauté for approximately 3 minutes. Then add the sliced garlic and sliced mushrooms.

Season with pepper, salt and dried garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.

Put the bacon back into the pan and pour the cream and broth over everything. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Finally, add grated parmesan cheese, a little lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix everything together.
