Prawn Rice Noodles

Noodles are always a good idea, which is why we've got something exotic for you today in the form of Thai rice noodles with prawns! They can be a fancy dinner at home, or a delicious lunchbox choice, that will be the envy of any colleague or classmate. If you're not a fan of prawns, add another favourite protein and try this easy quickie with us! 🍜

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry in a little ghee.

  2. Then add soy sauce, honey and your chosen type of noodles. We chose rice noodles, which we pre‑cooked in boiling water for about 3 minutes.

  3. Season the washed prawns with salt and pepper, and also fry them in a little ghee for about 40/60 seconds on each side. Keep an eye on them, so they don't burn.

  4. Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds, spring onions, drizzled with lime juice and optionally seasoned with chilli sauce.
