- 20 g leek
- 1/2 onion
- 60 g broccoli
- clove garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
-
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry in a little ghee.
-
Then add soy sauce, honey and noodles according to your preference. We chose rice noodles, which we pre‑cooked in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
-
Salt and pepper the washed shrimps and also fry them in a little ghee for about 40/60 seconds on each side. Keep an eye on the shrimps so they don't burn.
-
Finally, just serve everything, sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions, drizzle with lime juice and optionally season with chilli sauce.
Enjoy!
