Noodles are always a good idea, which is why we've got something exotic for you today in the form of Thai rice noodles with prawns! They can be a fancy dinner at home, or a delicious lunchbox choice, that will be the envy of any colleague or classmate. If you're not a fan of prawns, add another favourite protein and try this easy quickie with us! 🍜

Per 1 portion
- 180 g shrimp
- 70 g rice noodles
- 40 g carrots
- 20 g leek
- 1/2 onion
- 60 g broccoli
- clove garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 10 g wildflower honey
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- lime
- sesame seeds
- spring onion
- sweet chilli sauce
Instructions

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry in a little ghee.

Then add soy sauce, honey and your chosen type of noodles. We chose rice noodles, which we pre‑cooked in boiling water for about 3 minutes.

Season the washed prawns with salt and pepper, and also fry them in a little ghee for about 40/60 seconds on each side. Keep an eye on them, so they don't burn.

Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds, spring onions, drizzled with lime juice and optionally seasoned with chilli sauce.
