Per 2 portions
- 2 ml olive oil spray
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp amino sauces
- 2 ml olive oil spray
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g red bell pepper
- 100 g white cabbage
- 50 g spring onion
- 250 g udon noodles
- 30 g peanut butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp amino sauces
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 5 tbsp water
Instructions
-
Fry chicken breasts cut into cubes/noodles in oil. Season and cover with a little water. Remove from the pan after sautéing. -
Throw the finely chopped white part of the spring onions into the pan. After a while, add the chopped vegetables (carrots, peppers, cabbage) and cover with a little water to soften the vegetables faster.
-
In the meantime, cook the udon noodles. 3 minutes will be enough for fresh or pre‑cooked ones. Alternatively, you can choose other pasta, such as tagliatelle or spaghetti.
👉🏻 Always follow the cooking instructions on the packaging of your chosen product.
-
Next, prepare the sauce. Simply mix peanut butter, lemon juice, coconut amino sauce or soy sauce and water from the noodles.
-
When the vegetables are soft, add the cooked noodles, peanut sauce and meat to the pan and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions (use the green part now). You can enjoy the dish straight away or divide it into boxes and leave it for the next day.
Enjoy!
