  • 30 g red cabbage
  • 30 g carrots
  • garlic granules
  • avocado oil
  • mild sweet chilli sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • spring onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Satay Chicken Rice BowlStart by cutting your chicken breasts into smaller slices and skewer them all in a row. We made two skewers out of a bunch. Season these with garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Fry the skewers on both sides in a little oil until golden brown.

  3. Then just cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, pile all the ingredients into a bowl, garnish with sweet chilli sauce, sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy! 🤩Satay Chicken Rice Bowl
