- 20 g avocado
- 50 g mango
- 30 g salad mix
- 30 g red cabbage
- 30 g carrots
- garlic granules
- avocado oil
- mild sweet chilli sauce
- sesame seeds
- spring onion
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Start by cutting your chicken breasts into smaller slices and skewer them all in a row. We made two skewers out of a bunch. Season these with garlic, salt and pepper.

Fry the skewers on both sides in a little oil until golden brown.

Then just cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, pile all the ingredients into a bowl, garnish with sweet chilli sauce, sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy! 🤩
