Come check out this sweet potato and chicken bowl that will fill you up perfectly, give your body all the nutrients it needs and is really easy to prepare.

- 200 g chicken meat
- salt
- white pepper
- ground paprika
- garlic granules
- 1 sweet potato
- 100 g spinach leaves
- tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sweetcorn
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Start by preheating the oven to 220 °C and marinating the meat. Just marinate it in the spices from the ingredients list and put it in the fridge for half an hour or so. -
In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients. Cut the sweet potato into cubes, slice the red onion and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper together with the whole tomatoes. Season with salt and olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.

Then fry the meat on both sides in olive oil until golden brown.

And then just serve! Put the baby spinach, baked sweet potato, corn, cucumber, roasted tomatoes, prepared meat, egg, caramelized onion, sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
