- 300 g potatoes
- 150 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 40 g avocado
- 75 g Greek yoghurt
- 80 g tomatoes
- 20 g red onion
- clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
- red bell pepper
- avocado oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

First, wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, season to your liking, brush with avo oil and bake at 180 °C for 20‑30 minutes (depending on the size of the diced potatoes). -
In the meantime, cut all the vegetables into small pieces, lightly fry the chicken and mix the lemon juice with your favourite spices.
