  • 300 g potatoes
  • 150 g ready-to-eat chicken
  • 40 g avocado
  • 75 g Greek yoghurt
  • 80 g tomatoes
  • 20 g red onion
  • clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red bell pepper
  • avocado oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mexico Chicken BowlFirst, wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, season to your liking, brush with avo oil and bake at 180 °C for 20‑30 minutes (depending on the size of the diced potatoes).

  2. In the meantime, cut all the vegetables into small pieces, lightly fry the chicken and mix the lemon juice with your favourite spices.

  3. And then just put everything in a bowl - potatoes, meat, vegetables, lemon juice dressing, add Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with coriander.
