Teriyaki is a Japanese method of meat preparation that also lent its name to the famous sauce. The sauce is full of everything you can wish for – it's just the perfect amount of savoury, sweet and sour. Simply amazing! It makes the delicate chicken meat super juicy. Just try it yourself.

Per 1 portion
- 150 g chicken meat
- 15 g teriyaki sauces
- 1/2 lime juice
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 70 g jasmine rice
- 100 g broccoli
- 40 g bean pods
- 40 g edamame
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- salt
- pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- peanuts
- sesame seeds
- coriander
Instructions

Dice the chicken and marinade it, ideally a couple of hours ahead.
The marinade is made out of all the marinade ingredients. Add the meat and leave it to rest in the fridge.

Cook the rice ahead and take the meat out of the fridge at least half an hour before cooking.

Whilst the rice is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
Heat oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add the vegetables, fry them lightly and add some water. Leave the water to evaporate. Sprinkle with garlic granules, salt and pepper and fry for a little bit longer, until the vegetables start to turn golden.

And now for the meat!
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken and fry on all sides over medium heat, for approximately 6 minutes.

Finally, combine the meat, vegetables and rice. Sprinkle with some peanuts, sesame seeds and coriander. Enjoy!
