Poke bowl is a classic when you're not in a hurry but want a nutritious and wholesome dinner. How about changing up the tuna classic a bit this time and trying this version with duck, a slightly spicy sauce and vegetables of your choice? It's mega easy, ready in 20 minutes (plus if you've already cooked rice from last night's dinner, you really only need a few minutes) and good as a mealprep in a takeaway box. 🥗
