Fluffy pancakes with the smell of espresso, light cream cheese and protein, topped with cocoa - all in just 10 minutes! Over 50g of protein per serving, and they taste like a café in Italy. Perfect for a weekend morning or a luxurious mealprep in a box.

Instructions

  1. Protein Tiramisu PancakesMix the pancake batter mixture with 80 ml of the prepared coffee, stir thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming in the batter and let stand for a while.

  2. Pour the batter into a hot pan with a little coconut oil and fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown.

  3. For the cream, mix the cottage cheese, protein powder and ground vanilla to taste. If the cream isn't sweet enough for you, feel free to add your favourite sweetener - stevia drops, chicory or maple syrup or honey.

  4. You can start layering. Stack the baked pancakes and top with the vanilla cream. Spread the cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
