Per 1 portion
- 80 g protein pancake & waffle mix
- 80 ml instant coffee
- 150 g curd cheese
- 10 g vanilla protein powder
- vanilla powder
- cocoa powder
- coconut oil spray
Instructions

Mix the pancake batter mixture with 80 ml of the prepared coffee, stir thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming in the batter and let stand for a while. -
Pour the batter into a hot pan with a little coconut oil and fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown.

For the cream, mix the cottage cheese, protein powder and ground vanilla to taste. If the cream isn't sweet enough for you, feel free to add your favourite sweetener - stevia drops, chicory or maple syrup or honey.

You can start layering. Stack the baked pancakes and top with the vanilla cream. Spread the cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
