Summer, blueberries everywhere, light, chilled desserts from one baking dish that won't take hours in the kitchen... Cool, huh? Then make it more pleasant with our version of a fresh tiramisu with blueberries, which will be suitable for coffee and family celebrations. 🫐

For 8 servings
- 300 g ladyfingers
- 500 ml milk
- 4 yolks
- 100 g cane sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 120 g semi-fat quark
- 200 ml whipping cream 30%
- vanilla pod
- 200 g no sugar blueberry jam
- 200 g blueberries
Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy.

Add the mascarpone and cottage cheese to the egg yolks.

Whip the whipping cream and mix with the rest of the cream.

Cut off 1/3 of the vanilla pod and slice it lengthwise. Scrape out the vanilla beans from the inside of the pod and add them to the cream.

Heat the milk on the stove.

Soak the biscuits individually in the milk and place them in the bottom of the baking dish.

Spread with blueberry jam and add 1/2 of the cream.

Layer the tiramisu with another layer of sponge cake, jam and finally cream.

Garnish the top with blueberries and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
