The most important thing is to have enough ice in the freezer. Go check, and if you don't have any, make some ahead of time. You'll need about eight cubes. Depends on how big your blocks are.

Put the finished ice in a blender with sufficient power, add a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate protein, a handful of fruit of your choice (we chose raspberries and blackberries) and you can also add freeze‑dried dragon fruit, which gives the slushy an intense pink colour and a pleasantly sweet taste.

Gently stir everything together and layer into your favourite glass. Garnish with mint and raspberry and cheers!
