Base:
- 4 bananas
- 300 g Greek yoghurt
- 1,5 spoon chia seeds
- 60 g vanilla casein protein powder
Topping:
- chocolate prebiotic topping
- peanut topping
- 10 g dark chocolate
- 5 g coconut
- 6 g pistachios
- freeze dried strawberries
Instructions

Mix the yogurt with the chia seeds and protein.

Roll the bananas in this mixture and leave them on the paper. Melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil.

Then decorate each one differently. You can use chocolate probiotic topping, pistachios, peanut topping, freeze‑dried strawberries, chocolate or shredded coconut.
