Mousse:
- 40 g chia seeds
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 10 g chicory syrup
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 150 g milk
- 80 g water
Final Touch:
- 100 g strawberries
- 10 g protein crispies
Instructions

Throw all the necessary ingredients into the blender and add water as needed. Pour the mixture into glasses and chill. -
Once firm, decorate with protein crisps, fruit and then just enjoy.
