This creamy bowl is ready in 7 minutes, has the perfect ratio of macronutrients and tastes like a dessert you'd expect to find in a fancy café rather than at home at the table. The combination of applesauce, Greek yogurt, vanilla and chocolate prebiotic topping makes for a balanced sweet bomb that you can easily have after your workout. Protein, fat, carbs?   • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 65 g apple puree
  • 140 g Greek yoghurt
  • vanilla stevia drops
  • vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake BowlMix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and microwave the mixture for 7 minutes (for thicker ones, 5 minutes is enough). Let cool after baking.

  2. Top with prebiotic topping (we chose chocolate) and chopped almonds and serve.
