Instructions

  1. Poppy Seed CrêpesIn a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water until smooth and lump‑free and let rest for a few minutes. Then fry the crêpes in a little ghee on both sides until golden brown.

  2. In the meantime, prepare both fillings:

    👉🏻 For the poppy seed filling, combine the poppy seeds, milk, sugar and ghee in a saucepan and cook the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

  3. In the end, just fill the crêpes properly - half of the filling is poppy seed, half is cottage cheese, roll them up and serve with your favourite topping.
