Batter:
- 150 g oat flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- pinch salt
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
To serve:
- non-fat Greek yoghurt
- no sugar blueberry jam
- banana
Instructions

Chop the banana and add it to a blender with oat flour, eggs, milk, vanilla protein and a pinch of salt. Blend well until you have a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden.

Spread some blueberry jam over the pancakes and top them with Greek yoghurt and some banana.
