  1. Chop the banana and add it to a blender with oat flour, eggs, milk, vanilla protein and a pinch of salt. Blend well until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Pour the batter into a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden.

  3. Spread some blueberry jam over the pancakes and top them with Greek yoghurt and some banana.
