Easy salad, what do you just put in your backpack and go? How about this one in a jar, which you can prepare in 15 minutes, try it a little differently each time so you don't overeat, and it gives your body an extra 35g of protein right away and fills you up wonderfully! 🥗

Base:
  • tbsp red onion
  • 60 g quinoa
  • 2 tbsp edamame
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 mini mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp sweetcorn
  • 100 g turkey breast
  • 20 g salad mix
Dressing:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad dressing in the bottom of the jar - mix all the ingredients.

  2. Then add finely chopped onions, cooked quinoa, edamame, diced tomatoes, mini mozzarella sticks, corn, turkey breast and top with lettuce.
