Base:
- tbsp red onion
- 60 g quinoa
- 2 tbsp edamame
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 10 mini mozzarella
- 2 tbsp sweetcorn
- 100 g turkey breast
- 20 g salad mix
Dressing:
- tbsp olive oil
- tsp wildflower honey
- tbsp full fat mustard
- salt
- pizza seasoning mix
- pepper

Prepare the salad dressing in the bottom of the jar - mix all the ingredients.

Then add finely chopped onions, cooked quinoa, edamame, diced tomatoes, mini mozzarella sticks, corn, turkey breast and top with lettuce.

Then all you have to do at home or at work is dump the salad on a plate or stir it in a jar and get to it, so enjoy!
