  • 150 g high quality ham
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 250 g light curd cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g pickle
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • tbsp full fat mustard
  • tsp dijon mustard
  • pepper
  • salt
Sandwiches:
  • 10 slices of toasted bread
  • 10 slices high quality ham
  • 5 pickles
  • 10 slices iceberg lettuce
  • 3 eggs
  • red bell pepper
  • chive

Instructions

  1. Start by making a spread - here you just mix all the ingredients for the salad in one bowl and let it sit for a few hours.

  2. Then put it on your favourite bread - vec, rye bread, toast or maybe on a baguette like we did.
