- 190 g oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 g gingerbread spice
- 7 g cocoa powder
- 70 g maple syrup
- 50 ml avocado oil
- 60 g water
- 240 g apple puree
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 60 g almond butter
- 20 g maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a small baking tray (ours was about 25x18 cm) and line it with baking paper. -
In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - oat flour, baking soda, gingerbread spice and cocoa.

In another bowl, mix the maple syrup, oil, warm water and apple food.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the frosting. Spread it evenly over the baked and at least slightly cooled cake. Slice and serve.
