Guess what you get when you combine two of the most popular desserts ever?

A total fireworks of taste! And you know what's best (after the amazing flavour, of course)? Even though it looks sinful and gives the impression of being a real cheeky treat with the flashy name "Tiramisu Brownies", it is actually a healthy dessert! Well, check out the ingredients for yourself; they burst with a hefty dose of protein, and you won't find anything bad in them! 💪🏻

Brownies Layer:
Tiramisu Layer:
  • 500 g light curd cheese
  • 300 g double cream 30%
  • 50 g golden cane icing sugar
  • 70 ml espresso
  • 15 drizzles vanilla extract
  • 15 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tin (approx. 20x20 cm) with baking paper.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil and chocolate until melted and smooth.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until foamy (about 3‑5 minutes). Add the melted chocolate and coconut to the egg mixture and stir. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20‑25 minutes. The brownies should be soft inside, so don't let them bake too long. Allow to cool.

  5. In a bowl, whip the cream and sugar until stiff. Slowly stir in the cottage cheese, vanilla extract and brewed, cooled coffee (you can also add Amaretto if you want an alcoholic version).

  6. Spread a layer of cream on top of the brownies and spread evenly. If you like, you can sprinkle the surface with cocoa or shaved chocolate for an extra look and taste.

  7. Place the tiramisu brownies in the fridge for at least 2‑3 hours to allow all the flavours to combine and the dessert to set.

  8. Enjoy!Tiramisu BrowniesTiramisu Brownies
