- 2 apples
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- pinch baking powder
- 30 g peanut topping
- 5 g peanuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tin (15 cm x 15 cm) with baking paper. -
Peel the apples, cut them into chunks and add them to the blender along with the eggs, cocoa powder, protein powder, Greek yoghurt and baking powder if necessary. Blend until the mixture is smooth and lump‑free.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread it evenly with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely cooked through.
