Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C  and line a tray with baking paper.

  2. Using a blender, mix the black beans to a smooth puree.

  3. In a big bowl, mix the black bean puree, curdcheese, melted chocolate, cocoa, cane sugar, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the curd cheese layer ingredients: curd cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.

  5. Pour three‑quarters of the chocolate and bean layer into the baking tray. Spread the curd cheese mixture evenly over it.

  6. Top it with the leftover bean and chocolate mixture.

  7. Using a toothpick or a wooden skewer, make small holes in several places, so the layers can mix and create a marble effect.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25‑20 minutes or until the brownies are firm on the outside, but still slightly wet inside.

  9. Leave them to cool in the tray, then place them on a rack and cut them.

    Enjoy!
