These avocado brownies look the same as the classic version, but you will taste the difference from the first bite. The veggie addition makes the brownies much smoother and softer. You don't have to worry about the taste either, as you will only taste chocolate and nothing else.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a square tin with the size of 20x20 cm.

  2. In a small bowl, melt dark chocolate (we used 80% cocoa) in a water bath or microwave. Leave it to cool down slightly.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the avocados and sugar until smooth.

  4. Gradually add the eggs, one after another and keep mixing. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.

  5. Add in the melted chocolate and mix well.

  6. In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add this mixture to the avocados and mix until combined.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread it around. Bake in the preheated oven for 25‑30 minutes.

  8. Leave the brownies to cool and enjoy!
