Base:
- 1 egg
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 10 g vanilla protein powder
Topping:
- 1 pinch salt flakes
- 15 g peanut topping

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the base. You can also add chocolate chips.

Put the dough in a microwave‑safe bowl. You can also line with baking paper. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes, then leave to cool at least a little.

Remove the cake from the tin and cut. Pour the topping over the cake, sprinkle with salt flakes and serve.
