Pancakes:
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 ml plant based milk
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla powdered sweetener
Toppings:
  • Vilgain Jam Pear Gooseberry
  • Cheat Spread hazelnut cream choco bar
  • 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 15 g Grass Fed Whey Protein

Instructions

  1. First, separate yolks and whites. Whip the whites into stiff peaks and then add the sweetener. Then mix the yolks with milk and flour.

  2. Then carefully mix the yolk and white mixes together.

  3. Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan over a low heat, and then add the pancake batter using a spoon or a ladle. Fry on both sides.

  4. It is best to fry them immediately after making the batter. If you leave the batter to stand for too long, the pancakes won't be as fluffy. Then pile them onto a plate.

  5. You can serve them with Greek yoghurt and protein mixture, jam and some nut butter.
