Per 2 portions
- 3 eggs
- 40 ml plant based milk
- 30 g plain flour
- 2 tsp vanilla powdered sweetener
- Vilgain Jam Pear Gooseberry
- Cheat Spread hazelnut cream choco bar
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 15 g Grass Fed Whey Protein
Instructions
-
First, separate yolks and whites. Whip the whites into stiff peaks and then add the sweetener. Then mix the yolks with milk and flour.
-
Then carefully mix the yolk and white mixes together.
-
Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan over a low heat, and then add the pancake batter using a spoon or a ladle. Fry on both sides.
-
It is best to fry them immediately after making the batter. If you leave the batter to stand for too long, the pancakes won't be as fluffy. Then pile them onto a plate.
-
You can serve them with Greek yoghurt and protein mixture, jam and some nut butter.
Enjoy!
