You probably know panna cotta as the delicate, creamy dessert you always want to order in a restaurant. We'd love to introduce its younger sister – lighter, with less sugar, no heavy cream, but still delicious.

If you prepare it in a portable pot, it is also a great on‑the‑go dessert or a delicious, healthy snack.
