Pudding:
- 1 banana
- 40 g chia seeds
- 70 g hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chicory syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 ml milk
Final Touch:
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- 15 g dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Place all the ingredients for the pudding in a blender and blend until smooth. -
Prepare 3 glasses and divide the pudding evenly between them.

Garnish the pudding with white yogurt, banana slices and chocolate chips.
