- 2 sweet potatoes
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp worcester sauce
- dijon mustard
- lamb's lettuce
- 50 g Feta cheese
- olive oil spray
- pinch salt flakes
Instructions

Cut the sweet potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick, place on a baking sheet with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. -
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.

Mix the minced meat with ground paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.

Make 5 burgers from the meat and fry on both sides in a little oil.

Spread the roasted sweet potatoes with Dijon mustard. Add the field greens, meat, sprinkle with feta cheese and cover with a slice of sweet potato.
