Per 4 portions
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tsp of herbal salts
- 400 g tomato puree
- 400 g ready-to-eat kidney beans
- 1 packet sweetcorn
- pepper
- chilli
- oregano
- 2 cups basmati rice
- coriander
Instructions

Chop the onion, garlic and pepper finely.

Heat the oil in a deep pan or pot and sauté the onion and garlic over a low heat. Add the minced beef and spices.

Let it brown, then pour in the tomato puree and add the beans, peppers, and corn. Cover with water, season with the stock mixture and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Next, season with fresh coriander.
