- 400 g ready-to-eat beef meat
- 5 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp grass-fed ghee
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 allspice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp spelt flour
- 200 g tomato puree
- 2 tbsp beef bouillon paste
- salt
- pepper
- garlic granules
- onion granules
- 1 l water
- sour cream
- parsley
Instructions

Lightly fry finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot slices in ghee butter. -
Add sweet paprika, smoked paprika, crushed cumin, bay leaf, allspice, salt and pepper. Mix.

Pour the tomato puree over the mixture.

Stir in the chopped potatoes and pour in 1 l of water.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of good quality broth and let the soup cook.

Cook for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

Mix a tablespoon of flour with a little water and about 5 minutes before the soup boils, thicken the soup with this mixture.

Add the sliced beef to the finished soup and let it warm up in the soup.
