Base:
  • 400 g ready-to-eat beef meat
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp of grass-fed ghee
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp spelt flour
  • 200 g tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp beef bouillon paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic granules
  • onion granules
  • 1 l water

  • sour cream
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Beef Goulash SoupLightly fry finely chopped onion, garlic and carrot slices in ghee butter.

  2. Add sweet paprika, smoked paprika, crushed cumin, bay leaf, allspice, salt and pepper. Mix.

  3. Pour the tomato puree over the mixture.

  4. Stir in the chopped potatoes and pour in 1 l of water.

  5. Next, add 2 tablespoons of good quality broth and let the soup cook.

  6. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

  7. Mix a tablespoon of flour with a little water and about 5 minutes before the soup boils, thicken the soup with this mixture.

  8. Add the sliced beef to the finished soup and let it warm up in the soup.
