Chicken enchiladas

Preparation time: 35 min.
Comments

Enchiladas, aka Mexican lasagna? I guess it's a little bit like that, using tortilla instead of lasagna sheets...and the results are amazing.

This dish is also prepared much faster than lasagna. Just fill the tortilla with a mixture of meat and tomatoes, cover with cheese and bake it for a couple of minutes. Perfection! Don't hesitate and try this recipe with us.
