Per 2 portions
- 95 g frozen strawberries
- 200 ml strawberry protein milkshake
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 50 g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter powder
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp strawberry prebiotic topping
- freeze dried strawberries
Instructions

Add the frozen strawberries and strawberry protein milkshake to a blender, and mix until smooth.

In a larger bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds and powdered almond butter.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, add the maple syrup and mix again.
💡 Secret tip: Leave the mixture to sit for 5‑10 minutes so the oats and chia seeds can absorb the liquid and turn into a beautifully smooth porridge.

Prepare two bowls for serving. Put a small amount of the strawberry probiotic topping at the bottom of the bowl, then spread it around the sides, too.

Add the thickened strawberry oats to the prepared bowls. Add a scoop of Greek yoghurt, a small drizzle of the probiotic topping and freeze‑dried strawberries to the top.
