Instructions

  1. Coconut & Mango Smoothie BowlFor this recipe, it is ideal to have a supply of frozen fruit in the freezer at home. But if you don't have any, start by cutting it into smaller pieces and freezing overnight.

  2. Put all the fruit in a blender.

  3. Add the coconut, protein powder and coconut milk from the can to the frozen fruit.

  4. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  5. Divide the smoothie into two or three bowls and garnish with coconut, mango, mango chocolate balls and mango coconut cubes.
