Per 10 portions
- 100 g spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 40 g gouda
- 60 g ham
- 150 g milk
- 30 g ghee
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch himalayan salt
- pinch pepper
- pinch thyme
- pinch sweet paprika
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- fresh basil
- Vilgain sugar-free ketchup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and the seasoning (salt, pepper, thyme, paprika). Add one finely chopped onion, grated cheese, chopped ham (leave some for garnish), eggs, melted ghee and milk. Mix well.

Divide the batter into ten cups, top with any remaining ham, chopped cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and chopped basil.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serve whilst hot and add our Vilgain ketchup to the side if you like.
