- 70 g low sugar protein pancake & waffle mix
- 70 ml water
- 20 g 30% edam cheese
- 20 g high quality ham
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
Instructions

In a bowl, mix pancake batter and water until smooth. -
Sprinkle some ghee on the pan. Add a spoonful of batter, place a round of ham and cheese on the batter and add another spoonful of batter. Fry on both sides. Prepare another pancake in the same way.

Finally, garnish with chives. Serve with vegetables.
