Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the red pepper. Chop the parsley finely.

  2. Whisk the egg with some salt and seasoning.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, then add the pepper and parsley. Mix and fry for a couple of minutes. Pour over the egg mixture.

  4. Fry for a bit and then add the bread. Then turn the bread over and fry for a little bit more.

  5. Then turn the whole sandwich over, so it's fried on both sides. Transfer it to a plate and sprinkle over the grated cheese.

  6. Fry the tuna patty for a bit. Then transfer it to the top of the bread and egg sandwich, drizzle over some sriracha and add rocket. Top with the other part of the sandwich and it's ready.

  7. Enjoy!
