Bang Bang skewers are chicken skewers coated in homemade Bang Bang sauce made from four ingredients: mayo, sweet chilli sauce, honey, and sriracha. We've made it lighter, and used plain yoghurrt instead of mayo. And it tastes amazing! The sauce makes the chicken juicier, and it's also a super simple recipe you're gonna love. Especially as the barbecue season is upon us.
