This pasta Margherita is easy to make, and it'll find their way to the heart of every gourmand.

  • 150 g chickpea pasta
  • ghee
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

  2. Fry the onion in ghee.

  3. Add halved tomatoes, garlic granules and oregano to the pan.

  4. Fry for a couple of minutes longer so the tomatoes soften and release some juice (but be careful, we don't want to overcook them). Then add the ketchup. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Add in the cooked pasta and coat it in the sauce.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, fresh basil, and torn mozzarella, and you're good to go. Enjoy!
