- 800 g beef mince
- 50 g panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 500 g fusilli pasta
- 500 g arrabbiata tomato sauce
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. -
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the eggs, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion and spices. Roll the meat mixture into balls. Place the balls in a hot‑air fryer lined with baking paper.

Bake the balls at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a pan and mix it with the cooked pasta. Put the pasta and sauce on a plate and place the meatballs on top.
