Those chocolate and sour cherry overnight oats are the perfect meal prep hack for getting back into the rhythm of things. They take a couple of minutes in the evening to make, and in the morning you will have a dessert in a jar waiting for you. A rich layer of chocolate, crunchy cocoa beans, fresh sour cherries, and a spectacular 32g of protein per portion that will give you an energy kick and keep you full until lunch.🍒🍫

Per 2 portions
- 80 g oats
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- pinch salt
- 230 ml milk
- 130 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp cherry preserves
- 40 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- 6 cherry
Instructions

Mix the oats, chocolate protein, chia seeds, cocoa, and a pinch of salt with milk in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into two jars and leave it to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Spread the Greek yoghurt over the top. Then add a thin layer of the sour cherry butter.

Destone the sour cherries and cut them in half. Add 6 cherry halves to each jar.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath. Pour the melted chocolate over the sour cherries and top with cocoa beans. Leave it to set in the fridge, ideally overnight.

And then take it out of the fridge the next day, and you are ready to serve it.
