4 ingredients, an extra dose of protein, and you've got yourself a new bagel obsession! 🥯These bagels are perfectly moist inside and crunchy on the outside. Forget yeast and waiting for the dough to rise. With this dough, you just mix it, form the bagels and put them in the oven. They are delicious with cream cheese and salmon, eggs, or avocado, but they taste best still slightly warm from the oven, with some butter and salt.🤤

Bake in an oven preheated to 175 °C for 25‑30 minutes, or until they are beautifully golden on top.

Simply serve with your favourite filling – we chose a classic this time – cream cheese, avocado, smoked salmon and fried egg. 10/10 from us!🤤
