- 1 baguette
- 60 g ready-to-eat pulled beef
- ketchup
- balsamic crema
- sweet chilli sauce
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
- 2 slices cheese
- 40 g onion chutney
- BBQ sauce
- 100 g potatoes
- smoked paprika
- onion granules
- salt
- ghee butter spray
- 1 tsp light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
- garlic granules
- onion granules
- 1 tsp black tea
- 150 ml water
- ice
- 4 slices oranges
- natural stevia drops

Cut the potatoes, season, spray with ghee and bake at about 190 °C for 25 minutes.

In the meantime, you can mix all the ingredients for the dip and prepare your black tea according to the directions on the package.

Heat the meat lightly in a pan and season with ketchup, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, salt, pepper and smoked paprika (to taste). Then slice your baguette, toast it and start layering - onion chutney on one half, meat, cheese and BBQ sauce on top. Put it in a contact grill or dry pan for a few minutes.

Finally, serve the baguette with patatas, dip and chilled tea with a slice of lemon or orange and ice. Enjoy!
